1. Service description

amimentioned provides AI visibility reports that show whether your business is mentioned by ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini and Perplexity when a customer asks about your industry.

2. Account registration

You must create an account to use amimentioned. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

3. Payment and pricing

• Plans are billed monthly in AUD.
• Payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your payment details.
• You can cancel any time from your account page.
• We reserve the right to change pricing. Price changes do not affect billing periods already paid.

4. Refunds

amimentioned is sold on a month-to-month basis with no contract. Each subscription pays for paid third party AI queries that are consumed as soon as a scan runs, so we do not offer refunds for completed or partially completed billing periods.

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account. Cancelling stops future billing. You keep access to your reports and dashboard for the remainder of the billing period you have already paid for.

Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded.

5. Report accuracy

AI responses can vary between sessions and may change over time. Our reports reflect what the AI platforms returned at the time of the scan. We do not guarantee that the same question will produce the same answer later.

Reports are provided for informational purposes only and should not be considered professional marketing, SEO, or business advice.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or abuse the service.
• Submit brand names or content that infringes on others' rights.
• Share your account credentials with others.

7. Intellectual property

The report data you receive is yours to use, share, and reference. The amimentioned brand, website design, and underlying technology remain our intellectual property.

8. Limitation of liability

amimentioned is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the billing period in question.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. You and amimentioned submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria and the federal courts of Australia for any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms.
