amimentioned provides AI visibility reports that analyze whether your brand is mentioned by AI platforms including ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Google Gemini. Each report costs $9 USD and is a one-time purchase.

2. Account Registration

You must create an account to purchase and view reports. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

3. Payment & Pricing

• Each report costs $9 USD, payable at time of purchase.
• Payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your payment details.
• There are no subscriptions, recurring charges, or hidden fees.
• We reserve the right to change pricing at any time. Price changes will not affect reports already purchased.

4. Refund Policy

Because reports are generated instantly using paid third-party AI APIs, we generally do not offer refunds for completed reports. If your report fails to generate due to a technical error on our end, we will either re-run the report or issue a full refund at our discretion.

5. Report Accuracy

AI responses can vary between sessions and may change over time. Our reports reflect what AI platforms returned at the time the report was generated. We do not guarantee that results will remain the same if the same query is run again later.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the service.
• Submit brand names or keywords that infringe on others' rights.
• Share your account credentials with others.

7. Intellectual Property

The report data you receive is yours to use, share, and reference. The amimentioned brand, website design, and underlying technology remain our intellectual property.

8. Limitation of Liability

amimentioned is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the specific report in question.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us. Purchased reports will remain accessible until account deletion.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
